Do you have peace in your heart? So many of God's people do not, and that is not normal. For the most part it is either fear or unconfessed sin. Confess your sin! Set your face like flint to obey God's word. Set your face like flint to trust Him through scary times. Pour out your heart to Him! And the peace that passes understanding will be yours (phil 4:6-7). You will sleep like a baby!
